Economic Development
As one of the premier medium-sized counties in the country with all of the amenities of a top-notch big city, Campbell County is an ideal place to start, grow, and relocate your business. The Campbell County Economic Progress Authority, Inc. (CCEPA) works with its local, regional and national partners to ensure that you have the resources you need to allow you to prosper.
About the CCEPA
CCEPA is a non-profit corporation, created in 1982 to aid in the acquisition, retention and development/redevelopment of land for industrial and commercial purposes. It is made up of a diverse and experienced eight-person Board of Directors whose goals are executed by its President.
Today, its mission to aid industrial and commercial growth guides three strategic points:
Promote and enhance Campbell County’s key assets, including the riverfront, Northern Kentucky University, recreation/agriculture/entertainment, and local proximity. For an overview of these and other Campbell County assets, visit our Living Here and County Data sections.
Encourage the retention and expansion of existing businesses and stimulate entrepreneurial innovation and growth by serving as a resource and connector. For additional information, see our Business Resources & Support and Incentives & Funding Sources sections.
Focus on the development and redevelopment of sites that will allow the County maximum growth capacity. To view a small sampling of these sites, visit our Buildings & Sites section.
