     Campbell County is the easternmost of the three Northern Kentucky counties. Within its boundaries, you will find some of the region's most impressive dining, historic districts, educational opportunities and activities and events. As you tour Campbell County, you can expect to see bustling business districts in its urban cities, quaint river towns along historic Mary Inglis Highway and rolling hills and scenic farms in the southern part of the county.

     With a population of 88,616 as of 2000, Campbell County is the sixth most populous county in the Commonwealth. The county covers 102,000 acres. The per capita income is $20,544 which ranks 16th in the state. (Source: Kentucky State Data Center) The unemployment rate in November 1998 was 3.3%. The rate consistently stays below the state and national averages. The median value of a single-family home in Campbell County is $62,300.(Source: US. 1990 Census)
