Winter Storm Warning 2/4/2014

Winter Storm Warning in effect from 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM Wednesday...
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Campbell County with accumulating ice and snow. This replaces the Winter Storm Watch which was in place.
Hazard Types...ice and snow accumulations.
Accumulations...snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches...along with up to a quarter of an inch of ice. a slight change in storm track could produce significant differences in these accumulations over a small area.
Timing...snow will develop across the area early this evening and continue through tonight. during the evening...warmer air aloft will change snow to freezing rain at times. a final changeover to all snow will occur overnight. the snow will taper off Wednesday morning.
Impacts...hazardous travel conditions are expected due to reduced visibilities and snow and ice accumulations.
